Below you will find links to our various contracts. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

Retreat Information:

A complete CONTRACT and CREDIT CARD INFORMATION are required to hold retreat dates.

Changes to contract may be made up to within one (1) week of retreat.

Full payment of contract is expected at arrival time.

Please make sure that you understand our cancellation policy:

• 20% of total non- refundable

• 50% of total 2 weeks before event

• 100% of total 1 week before event

Retreat Schedule is required one (1) week in advance.

Check-in – 3pm. Check-out – 10am (cabins cleared and cleaned).

Bethel does not provide bed linens & pillows. All guests should bring sleeping bags for linens for their bed.
